About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and board-approved supervisor with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have been a social worker since 2017 and became clinically licensed in 2020. Before beginning my social work career, I served as a mental health specialist in the military for 11 years, an experience that shaped my dedication to resilience, compassion, and healing. Since then, I have gained experience in inpatient care and group practice and currently serve as a Clinical Director, combining clinical expertise with organizational leadership.

My work is not only a profession but also a passion that I am deeply grateful to have. I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, and I bring this knowledge into my role as a supervisor. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming space that welcomes LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink identities. My goal is to empower LMSWs to build confidence, refine their clinical skills, and grow into strong, ethical clinicians as they move toward licensure.
